The Master has on behalf of the Company, commissioned himself, a purpose made oak, Captain's Lecturn for our affiliated submarine , a picture of which is shown alongside this article. The picture shows Mr Renter Clive Turrell, testing it out at the recent Joiner's Dinner at the National Liberal Club. It has been made and finished in a superb manner by Liveryman Simon Ward in his workshop in Sussex. It is a fine example of the Joiners craft which may travel the world in the years to come .
