Tour of H. Forman and Son Smokehouse

Enjoy a fascinating tour of the factory floor including a carving demonstration by the Guinness World Record Salmon slicer, Darren Matson.  Lance Forman will talk about the history of this 4^th generation family business and smoked salmon, as well as Forman’s re-location during the 2012 Olympics and the political battle that ensued.  After a chance to sample a tasting of the London-cure smoked salmon, we will enjoy a delicious two course lunch with English wine or local East End beer at Forman’s restaurant overlooking the 2012 Olympic stadium.
